This is a caffeine free fruitea herbal tea. It has Vitamin C and is great for women with menstrual pains. Nice relaxing tea.
Ingredients: Strawberry, Hibiscus, Raspberry Leaves, Apple Pieces

Instructions: 1. Boil water at 212 degrees. 2. Scoop 1 tsp per 8oz. 3. Place herbs in filter of choice. 4. Pour water over filter. 5. Steep 5-7 mins. 6. Add sweetener of choice. 7. Enjoy.
